FAREWELL TO THE GAME SEASON

THURSDAY JANUARY 29TH

Here, in an intimate supper club setting, Mark Kempson will be showcasing his favourite game dishes of the year. Sadly the game season is coming to an end and so this dinner will be one last hurrah; a chance to showcase Mark’s extraordinary and award-winning skills as a game chef.

Mark often counterpoints the richness of game with the sweet sharpness of autumn fruits, and he will be doing just that with a Cornetto of Mallard Liver Parfait with Spiced Apple but now that citrus season is in full swing, you will also try pheasant contrasted with lime in a lively Satay dish. Elsewhere on the menu, look out for Partridge and Woodcock with the luxurious addition of Winter Truffle Jus.

It’s a phenomenal menu and we do hope you can join us to try it.

ELEGANT & LUXURIOUS

Valentine’s Dinner is always a marvellously intimate celebration, and our approach to the menu and the evening itself is to combine warmth with luxury. We will welcome you in from the cold with a menu that has a proper sense of occasion. There are luxurious touches with the addition of Oscietra caviar to steamed brill, and dishes that are full of seasonal accents from the contrast of sea bass carpaccio with Cedro lemon and ginger, to the richness of winter truffle with Cornish red chicken and morels.
