Showcasing the skills of our junior sous chef James Graham in a culinary journey across Europe
There’s a huge strength in depth within our kitchen team and Mark Kempson is renowned for nurturing talent. We’ve already been the home to one Masterchef The Professionals winner (Nikita Pathakji) and the ethos she brought to her cooking – talent and curiosity – is very much on show with our current junior sous chef, James Graham. He’ll be taking the helm at our Supper Club this month in a menu co-devised with Mark and inspired by his travels around Europe.
The menu starts and finishes with Scandinavian influences and takes a journey around Southern Europe for the courses in between. James has put his heart and soul into these dishes which sound utterly delicious. Why not come along to meet him and enjoy his marvellous menu for one night only in an intimate event in our private dining room? The great fun of these suppers is that you share a table with like-minded diners in an evening of wonderful food and fascinating conversation. There are only fourteen places available, so if the menu below grabs you, we recommend booking as soon as possible.

A CELEBRATION OF TRUFFLE
A touch of truffle is enough to make any meal very special but for two weeks every year we have a menu that is the ultimate special occasion. It’s the opportunity to try four different types of truffle in four dishes, and to appreciate how truffles can be rich or subtle depending on the variety and how they are used.
If you are looking for an excuse to treat yourself – or somebody else – look no further. It’s a menu that’s the height of luxury.
